  • Deadline to apply: 15 July 2024
  • Due to a limited flight budget on free seats every agency shall have a fair chance to be accepted. All applications received before 15 July will receive a final confirmation (or decline) by 16 July, depending on the overall amount fo applications received and flights available.

The participation fee amounts to 199 Euro plus VAT and includes 2 nights in shared twin room at the Lufthansa Seeheim Conference Center, 2 dinner events, 1.5 days conference programme, all transfer and fully sponsored flights on LH operated aircrafts only (no code shares, no group carriers like Eurowings or Discover).

Due to a limited flight budget on free seats every agency shall have a fair chance to be accepted. All applications received before 15 July will receive a final confirmation (or decline) by 16 July, depending on the overall amount fo applications received and flights available.

Cancellation Policy

If you receive a  confirmed seat by 16 July, the following cancellation policy becomes due 

80 days to 30 days: 20%
29 days to 22 days: 30%
21 days to 15 days: 40%
14 days to 7 days: 50%
6 days to 1 day: 80%
No Show Fee: 100%

Name Change fee or rebooking fee: 30 Euro

As the Lufthansa Conferecne Center in Seeheim is fully booked the nights before and after our event, we recommend to seach for any hotel of your choice in Frankfurt downtown or close to the airport for any arrivals prior to 15 September and prolongation stays and book a TVL rate for your additional room night.

FAQ

How much is the Employee Forum?

The Employee Forum amounts to 199 Euro plus VAT and includes 2 nights accommodation in shared twin rooms at Lufthansa Conference Center Seeheim, 2 dinenr events, 1.5. days of conference, workshops, plenary and tradeshows, all transfers and all F&B services. This price also includes the fully sponsored arrival on LH operated aircrafts (no code shares, no group carriers) to Frankfurt.

When does the Employee Forum start and finish?

The Employee Forum will start at 1 pm on 15 September and will finish after breakfast on 17 September.

Who books the fully sponsored flights?

The LCC Headquarters does all flight bookings for you. However you need to indicated you preferred flight options  - and if possible also alternative flights dates in case of full flights into your onlien registration.

Is this event for me as travel agent?

The Employee Forum is the only event solely focussing on travel agents, so sales staff, marketing teams, leisure and corporate sales agents working for LCC agencies. Office managers or general managers may not attend, as we have oterh events for this target group in place.

Is my registration automatically confirmed?

No. Due to a limited flight budget on free seats every agency shall have a fair chance to be accepted. All applications received before 15 July will receive a final confirmation (or decline) by 16 July, depending on the overall amount fo applications received and flights available.

This means: you need to wait until 16 July to hear back from us if you are one of the 80 lucky ones accepted!

Can only LH be used or also Discover or Eurowings or other group carriers?

No the sponsored flight allotment can only be used on LH operated flights with LH flight numbers, no code shares, no other group carriers allowed.
