Cancellation Fee

The following cancellation policy applies:

120 days to 30 days: 20%
29 days to 22 days: 30%
21 days to 15 days: 40%
14 days to 7 days: 50%
6 days to 1 day: 80%
No Show Fee: 100%

After registration you will receiveyour participation fee per monthly LCC invoice in March and April 2024. Payment has to be received prior to the event.

Arrival Options

Flights

TAP as official carrier offers a 10% price discount for all LCC agencies attending the Annual Summit.

  1. TAP Portugal will grant a discount to every participant of the event who chooses to book and buy their ticket exclusively through TAP’s website www.flytap.com:
  1. 10% for  economy class fares -  (excluding brand Discount, which is not included in this proposal)
  2. 10% for  business class fares
  1. Tickets shall be issued using the payment options available on the website;
  2. Bookings made previously through travel agencies or at TAP desks are not eligible for the discount;
  3. These discounts will apply from all TAP operated origins, and only on TAP operated flights, having LISBOA or Porto  (LIS/ and OPO) as a final destination. Reservations including Code-share flights operated by other airlines and/or other airline operated flights’ do not benefit from the discounts.
  4. Passengers may travel on a time range of 10 days before / 10 days after the event dates. Event dates must, however, be comprehended within the period of travel;
  5. A specific discount code will be attributed to this event, which must then be inserted on every online booking in order to benefit from the discount. This code is: IT24TPCG26

Airport Transfers

Porto airport is only 30-40 minutes away from Braga. LCC will arrange fixed shuttles and will inform on the according departure times soonest in March. You can then book these in your registration accordingly.

Kindly let us know already today, in case you will arrive individually and will not need any LCC transfer.
