Flight Information
Lufthansa operates two daily flights from Frankfurt to Malta on our arrival day, 7 November 2025:
Frankfurt (FRA) → Malta (MLA):
- LH 1310: 10:25 – 12:55
- LH 1312: 13:20 – 15:55
Return flights on 10 November 2025 to Frankfurt (FRA) and Munich (MUC):
Malta (MLA) → Frankfurt (FRA):
- LH 1311: 13:50 – 16:40
- LH 1313: 17:00 – 19:50
Malta (MLA) → Munich (MUC):
- LH 1925: 12:15 – 14:45
In addition, Easyjet, Ryanair, Eurowings, Aegean Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and British Airways operate regular flights from various European destinations.
If you plan to attend the WTM in London prior to our event, direct connections with British Airways (BA) will be available.
Airport Transfers
Malta airport is only 20-30 minutes away from our hotel. LCC will arrange fixed shuttles and will inform on the according departure times soonest in March. You can then book these in your registration accordingly.

Cancellation Fee
The following cancellation policy applies:
120 days to 30 days before the event: 20%
29 days to 22 days before the event: 30%
21 days to 15 days before the event: 40%
14 days to 7 days before the event: 50%
6 days to 1 day before the event: 80%
No Show Fee: 100%
After registration, you will receive your participation fee on your monthly LCC invoice in March and April 2024. Payment must be received prior to the event.
