This fee includes full board starting with the opening dinner, 2 conference days, one gala dinner, one DMC Live tour and all transfers. This applies for LCC delegates and private accompanying persons. For LCC delegates the full conference programme will also be included. The Early Bird price is valid for all reagistrations received by 31 March 2025.
Hotel and flight expenses are not included, but will be added on top. Hotel charges to be paid upon checkout.
Cancellation Policy
120 days to 60 days: 30%
59 days to 32 days: 50%
31 days to 19 days: 75%
18 days to 1 day: 100%
No Show Fee: 100%
Important: To avoid high cancellation fees, we strongly recommend taking a travel cancellation insurance.
