How much is this event?
The participation fee amounts to 299 Euro. You can save up to 100 Euro if you apply earlier than 31 March 2025 with the LCC Early Bird Special.
This participation fee includes 2 stunning dinner events, the conference and networking destination programme (DMC Live Tour), event transfers. The fee does not include flights or accommodation. Accommodation is provided at preferred and reduced group rates, which are to be paid upon check out directly at the hotel (except for EMEA, where all room rates will be added to the overall monthly LCC invoice).
Why should I attend?
The agenda leaves sufficient room for networking, dialogue and exchange, however leading experts from various part of the travel industry will share their view on travel trends like technology, AI, corporate and leisure demands as well as sustainability. When is the application deadline?
Deadline to apply is 15 April 2025. As capacities are limited we recommend applying as soon as possible. Our Early Bird Special (discount of 100 Euro) expires on 31 March 2025.
What is the Early Bird Special?
For all of you deciding early on your participation, we do have a special "goodie" in place: The LCC Early Bird Special applies an 100 Euro discount on the participation fee.

Can I bring a private accompanying person?
Yes, you can. A special participation fee of 299 Euro (plus accommodation in a twin bedroom) applies here to him/her to also attend the entire programme. Please inform us at event@lcc.de in case you wish to add your spouse.
Which cancellation policy applies?
The following cancellation policy applies (participation fee and hotel charges).
120 days to 60 days: 30%
59 days to 32 days: 50%
31 days to 19 days: 75%
18 days to 1 day: 100%
No Show Fee: 100%
We recommend to issuing a travel cancellation insurance to cover last minute cancellation charges.
