ImpACT – or in short: I ACT

Our Motto. Our Momentum. Our Promise.

In 2026, ImpACT is more than just a theme. It’s our mindset, our mission, and our call to entrepreneurial action.

As the global LCC network, we’re not standing still—we're shaping the future of travel, entrepreneurship, and responsibility. The word “impact” embodies our collective ambition: to drive meaningful, lasting change—locally and globally, for our network and the people we serve.

But impact doesn’t happen on its own. “I ACT” is our declaration that every individual counts. Every office, every entrepreneur, every employee is a catalyst for change. It’s about taking initiative, not waiting. About ownership, not observation. About forward motion, no standstill.

Together, we make a difference:

  • In our communities, by acting with purpose.

  • In the travel industry, by innovating with responsibility.

  • In our own lives, by leading with intention.

Through I ACT, we turn impact into action—every day, in every decision, across every level of our growing network. Because we don’t just talk about the future of travel. We shape it and and lead with impact.

ImpACT is more than a motto — it’s a movement.
As the global LCC network, we’re not standing still. We’re shaping the future of travel, entrepreneurship, and responsibility — together, and with purpose.

“I ACT” – because impact starts with every individual.
