All you need to know about the Annual Summit / FAQ
How much is the Annual Summit?
The Annual Summit participation fee amounts to 599 Euro and is a package price. This includes 3 nights single room, full board, all transfers ,3 exciting dinner programmes and one DMC Live tour within the official agenda. In case you stay in double room, the participation package fee reduces to 499 Euro. Flights are not included.
Is there a Early Bird Discount in place?
Yes, you may reduce your costs of the Annual Summit by booking early. If you register before 20 February, you will enjoy a 100 Euro discount. This means all participants booking by 20 February will only ay 499 Euro in single room (3 nights included) or 399 in double room (3 nights included)
Can I bring a private accompanying person?
Yes you may book your spouse at the special package price of 699 Euro - including all services, but excluding the plenary and workshop programme.
How do I arrive to Braga?
The closest airport is PORTO (OPO) and is onlyl a 30 minutes drive away from Braga. LCC will again arrrange arrival and departure group transfers at fixed time slots several times a day.
Which airlines fly to Porto / Braga?
You have several daily connections from many European destinations to Porto. Lufthansa, TAP Portugal, Vueling, Iberia, Air France, Turkish Airlines, Ryanair, Discover and Emirates fly to Porto. LCC still works on a MICE discount with TAP Portugal to Porto.
When does the agenda start and finish?
The conference starts at 5 pm on 12th June - however the arrival day already offers various oportunities to discover the area, which will be published soon. The Annual Summit then finishes with the farewell dinner on 14 June, so you may depart as of 15 June or enjoy a privat prolongation weekend in Braga, Porto, Guimaraes or Douro Valley. I am a Business Travel member, and want to attend the BT Meeting as well?
Perfect - this is why we have combined two meetings on pupose. We start with the Business Travel Meeting on 12 June 2024 in Braga (arrival 11 June with joint dinner for BT members only) and finish by 4:30/5 pm, ready to get prepared for the Annual Summit. 1 trip- two meetings!
