The Regional meeting is combined with the Business Travel Meeting, taking place on 11 June (10 am to 5 pm). All LCC members holding a Business Travel license are cordially invited to join this important meeting. No additional fee applies. In case you need to arrive on 10th June, please book the additional room night in the online registration, which is also offered at the special subsidized rate of 160 Euro for a single room including breakfast, CHF 3,50 city tax excluded (for BT meeting participants only!)

The city card is valid during 24 or 72 hours and offers unlimited travel on public transport, lake cruises, free admission to several museums, and a 50% discount on guided city tours and other experiences.

These rates are special subsidized rates and are valid 11-13 June 2025 (2 nights).

Room Rates 10-11 June or 13-15 June 2025:

Single room: EUR 287,00 per person per night incl. breakfast excluding city tax of CHF 3,50
Double Room: EUR 307,00 per room per night incl. breakfast excluding city tax of CHF 3,50

Before and after the actual Regional Meeting dates, the rate increases to EUR 287,00 per room per night due to the high season in Zurich. In case you wish to prolong your stay over the weekend, or arrive earlier, higher rates apply. Alternative hotels can be requested through our DMC AlpExursions.

These rates are special subsidized rates and are valid 10-13 June 2025 (3 nights for BT members only).

Only For Business Travel Meeting attendees:

For Business Travel LCC members who need to arrive on 10 June to attend the BT meeting on 11 June, the night of 10 June will also be offered at EUR 160,00.

This rate does not appear in the online registration but will be corrected retrospectively by us after your registration, in case you are eligible to attend the BT meeting. So please book all nights, the overall amount will be corrected by the LCC Headquarters afterwards.
