About Heiko: Heiko started as Managing Director 1 September 2024. Prior to this position he was Commercial Director of Touristic Offer Management at Eurowings. In 1992, Heiko Brix started his career at Kuoni Reisen. Various positions in tourist travel agency sales and later as head of corporate travel at Carlson Wagonlit Hamburg finally brought Heiko to Lufthansa in 2001. There he looked after the Lufthansa City Center travel agencies as a key account manager until 2004 and then headed the Lufthansa Key Account Service Team for tour operators until 2009. Heiko then took over the management of the Lufthansa Global Telesales location in Istanbul, later was responsible for Lufthansa Group Sales in Southwest Germany with a location in Stuttgart, then for Lufthansa Group Sales in West Germany with a base in Düsseldorf and from 2016 to 2021 for LHG Sales in Southeast Asia and the Pacific based in Singapore. In June 2021, Heiko took over overall management of Eurowings' tourism sales in Cologne.

About Peter: Peter Cerdá is the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Regional Vice President for the Americas. Globally, IATA represents some 290 airlines or 82% of total air traffic, supporting many areas of aviation activity and helping to formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues. Based in Miami, Mr. Cerdá oversees 35 countries with 48 member airlines across North and South America, and the Caribbean, driving IATA’s global standards and international perspective to deliver maximum value to the safe, sustainable and profitable development of aviation across the region. He advocates with Government authorities, safety regulators, airports, and industry stakeholders to create a common approach to utilize aviation as an engine of economic growth and social development, which drives nearly USD$1,011 billion in GDP and generates 14.5 million jobs in the Americas Region. He is a member of the Strategic Leadership Team of IATA, which sets the strategic direction for the organization. About Brendan: Brendan Shashoua, born in 1981 and raised in Switzerland, has been appointed Lufthansa Group’s Senior Director Sales Southeast Asia and Pacific in April 2024. Based in Singapore, he is heading the regional Lufthansa Group’s sales force for Southeast Asia and Pacific. Brendan Shashoua began his Lufthansa Group career at SWISS for revenue management in 2011. After 2,5 years he changed to the sales area as a Global Key Account Manager, being responsible for some of Lufthansa Group’s largest corporate customers. In 2018 he took over his first team lead position of the Sales Services and Groups Switzerland where he was as well responsible for the Global Sales Services Competence Center project. In July 2021 he took over the role as Director of Regional Sales Canada being responsible for the Canadian market before taking over the responsibility for Regional Sales Southeast Asia and Pacific in April of 2024.

About Dirk: Dirk Janzen is the Vice President Sales, The Americas, Lufthansa Group Airlines.
